Grateful That ‘All That Is’ Lives In Our Hearts

It has been so helpful to understand that we have an eternal relationship with ATI (All That Is) and that we, as essence/source, along with the unique and personalized expression of ATI – the paramatma – both of these extraordinary beings cohabit within our actual physical heart.

When we say, “This is who I am”, meanwhile pointing to the middle of our chest, this is no accident. Very immediate and physiological. Cool!

We, as spirit/souls or source selves, live in actual physical terms within our very physical hearts. And we are companioned there by our own unique and personalized version of ATI – the Param-atma – also expressing itself within our heart. [actually, ATI expresses itself in the 'heart' of our source, sort of in our heart²]

Understanding who we really are (spirit/soul), and our constitutional relationship with All That Is [same qualities, different quantities] as expressed by the presence of this literal and visceral super-soul in our hearts, gives us a real leg up in navigating our various realities.

In our many travels and adventures we always have this individualized aspect of ATI – think of it as your ‘BFF’ – always available to answer questions, try out ideas on, or to just plain be ourselves with and have fun. The divine doesn’t ever require anything or limit our freedom. Consequently, there is never anything to regret or be ashamed of. It all just is…

And when we do begin to offer loving devotion, as it eventually dawns on us what this is really all about, ATI may very well respond with special and particular attention. [Just wait till you get a feeling-gram from ATI! Reminds me of that wonderful movie 'Cocoons' where the young man gets a taste of the beautiful alien lady's 'sharing' energy and says, after he recovers somewhat, "If that was foreplay, I'm a dead man!"]
