Introduction to KRIS - channeled by Serge J. Grandbois

KRIS is the name given to a group of entities who speak through Serge J Grandbois. Channeling is a well-known phenomena and other sources speak through other channels; Seth and Jane Roberts, Elias and Mary Innis, and Abraham and Ester Hicks, to name a few.

Serge has been working with Kris for many years, but there was a marked change when his partner Mark joined the scene a few years ago. These three - Kris, Serge and Mark - form a great team and together they allow a vast stream of fascinating, stimulating, occasionally startling, and above all, compassionate and helpful material to flow into our world.

I have personally attended almost every public session with Kris during the past several years, in addition to co-hosting the weekly Kris Radio show. This puts me in a unique position to share my perspective on talking with Kris, and let me tell you, he is quite a stimulating guy!

First let me say from long experience that Kris never backs down from an opportunity to have fun and he has a deeply mischievous, possibly even multi-dimensional, sense of humor!

He is also unfailingly compassionate about our situation and point of view, as well as being humble about his own, but the overwhelming feeling one gets in his presence is one of being securely grounded, empowered, and usually enthusiastic about some undreamed-of new possibility.

Key Ideas

Kris is here amongst us for a reason and our understanding of his agenda has evolved as we have engaged the material. Let me summarize a few key ideas from my current perspective...

  • He wants us to remember Who and What We Are [we are consciousness, eternal, immortal, multidimensional, expressions of essence or Source] A major theme is the fact that we are always, by definition, more than the sum of our parts.
  • He offers a lot of very helpful insights into the depths of human psychology including many useful Tools and Techniques, Guided Meditations, Adventures in Practice, Self-Hypnotic Inductions, and etc.
  • The ‘Practice of Perspectives’ may be one of Kris’ most important ideas and he offers many examples of the powerful benefits of this simple process.
  • The ‘Triple A’ technique is perhaps the most all purpose tool Kris offers. As we Acknowledge, Address and Accept an issue, our understanding changes, followed by our perception, and shortly thereafter, the very world around us, because we create our reality through perception.
  • The ‘Sisters of Consciousness’ are an entrancing demonstration of the astonishing, innate, divine qualities of our own personalities. To comprehend that we house within us, as it were, these qualities; Love, Creativity, Balance, Divinity, and many others, and that we can access these parts of ourselves to 'help out' whenever we want.
  • Taking action! Kris urges us in the strongest terms to act with the strength of our convictions. To take off the white gloves and get 'down and dirty' in our explorations of consciousness. The only limitations on our potentials are of our own making, and we can prove that to ourselves by acting, by making choices.

Things are heating up, folks, conscious creation-wise, and I plan to continue doing what I do best... Reporting on the interesting going's on in my neighborhood, meanwhile milking every single opportunty for every last drop of juice! What's the point of creating realities if we don't stop for a moment occasionally, and appreciate what we've done here?
